Alkyne quantification reagent

This product includes 1 ml reagent (enough for 10 tests) and instructions for the quantification of alkynes. The addition of alkynes to the reagent causes an alkyne-azide cycloaddition reaction which generates a fluorescent product (404 nm excitation and 477 nm emission).
